Raoul Giudes was admitted as a solicitor in 1973 and is a founding partner of Giudes & Elliott.
Raoul is the Chair of Law Foundation Queensland; a Past President of the Queensland Law Society; a past president, life member and former committee member of the North Queensland Law Association, a life member and former committee member of the Townsville District Law Association; and a member of the International Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, which hosts the Migration Law Committee.
Raoul is also a part time legal member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal.
